Dear Graduate and Parents / Guardians,
The graduating class of 2020 has been cordially invited to attend our Virtual Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday November 4th. In consultation with the Simcoe Muskoka district Health Unit and the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School board we are moving forward with a virtual graduation ceremony to best ensure the safety of our graduates and their families
Virtual Ceremony: The virtual ceremony link will go live at 4pm. Students will have access to the video until Sunday November 8th. The link will be sent out to you via School Day. It will also be posted in your Class of 2020 Google Classroom.
Graduation Packages – Diploma Pick Up: In celebration of our graduation class we will have a drive through diploma pick up. Each graduate will receive their diploma and class composite along with any awards they may have won. Caps and gowns (if ordered) can also be picked up at this time. Time slots have been assigned by surname. If you have not responded that you are attending and wish to pick up your diploma in person please call the school at 905 936-4743 ext. 352 by Friday October 23rd at the latest so we can have your package ready for you. You must RSVP in order to pick up your diploma.

G-M 4:00 PM
N-Z 4:30 PM
Safety Protocol for Diploma Pick Up: These are the requirements put forth by the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit.
- All parents/ guardians and students are to be wearing a mask and must stay in their vehicle at all times
- Only parents/ guardians or students may pick up the diplomas
- Please enter through the south west entrance and leave by the south east exit (as marked)
- Please roll down your window, provide your name and signature to staff (please bring your own pen) and a package will be delivered to your vehicle
